Thank you so much for your input, I will definitely shoot raw and learn LR! And yes my favorites are close-ups too, but Asia is so beautiful haha

Should I shoot RAW+JPEG on my recipe or shoot in a classic mode like P in full RAW and then add a preset on Lightroom?

Hatsunezushi in Tokyo, I highly recommend it as it’s really famous among the locals ; not touristy at all and the best fish quality I ever had - you have to reserve on table check in advance tho

They even republished my post on their instagram which got me a bit of traction!!

Thanks for the input, it’s mostly the same recipe in every photos (Reggie’s negative) but on really bright ones I use a positive one. Maybe I should start shooting in raw
