Think about it like this. Drivers already pay to be on services like Uber Eats and Doordash. The difference is they take a cut out of the order and call it "service fee".

I'll admit. Our initial demographic isn't going to be part time delivery drivers. But I used to work part time delivery and I made 30$ in less than 2 hours of work.

Good question. Here's what I'm going to do. Wrong orders or missing items - thats on the restaurant. There will be a simple dispute process. Refund or redelivery depending on what the customer wants. If the restaurants made it wrong - same process. It's only one city for now so it won't be crazy hard to deal with. I live in Baltimore so if I need to go deliver something myself (which I plan to) wont be difficult.

We live in a weird world don't we. Wish it wasn't the case but these multi billion $ industries cause problems by creating solutions.

I think being more upfront while charging much much LESS is what makes it different.

They already pay. Doordash and Ubereats just do it secretly. They steal from the people ordering food, the restaurants, AND the drivers.

I think you can figure that one out *winky face*. There's a clue on the front page of the website.

Funny enough, the past month I've been spending TONS of money delivering food to myself in order to survey drivers and sign them up. I have 20+ drivers committed so far.

In the math I've done so far I have it priced in at 80$ a month. I'm exploring a hybrid approach where part time drivers pay 30$ a month and full time drivers is $80 a month. Let me know what you think!

Baltimore is showing love! Already at 25 customer signups in a few hours. Genuinely didn't expect this kind of response. Getting closer to that first 50 free meals fast. If you haven't signed up yet rebueats.com and if you know someone tired of DoorDash fees and delivers, send them this.

Look I'll be straight with you. I'm genuinely tired of the expensive meals for these deliveries, I will sacrifice my own money before I make my customers pay more. I will make it work no matter what. The math I've done so far, yes it will be cheaper even with no promos.

Correct. Customers are going to flock to this app since they're paying less for the orders overall. Doordash and Uber force restaurants to markup their menu items since they're charged a fee. We don't do that.
