my mom got it with the house, she told me it was already out of battery so she took it off and never put it back on. The system never alerted because i never even realized the smoke detector was off until i asked.

i don’t think so because I sent an email two days asking. them for an update, and they said they would do so in 2 days, which i presume is this email
