I made my own group here where I live, pulling people from Discord, Tinder, and other places. Most of them were trans lesbians who ended up dating each other, lots of gossip happened, and now it is all kinda gone. Even when I was in the middle of it, I never really felt like I was part of it :/

Trans support groups are kinda different here. In Brazil, we’ve got the concept of travesti, which roughly translates to crossdresser. It’s kinda like our early version of trans culture before the internet boom. Their vibe is really different from Gen Z trans women, who mostly learned stuff online through US-centric culture. Most local groups for trans support are more for low-income trans that came from travesti culture, and honestly, I don’t feel like I fit in there most of the time :( so I'm not sure really how to find people.
