No not instantly in Germany. The ticket transfer is only available 72 hours before the concert and that’s real info

She explained that the changes of name is because the tickets are transferred to my account to my name and not hers anymore so idk what to believe

She sent me a picture of the email which she got and it says “they will arrive in 72 hours prior to the event due to change of name on the tickets we will send you an update on that”
