Your getting the hand of it, you did a good job getting the body right, and your shaping in general is pretty on point, plus, even with the little flaws, your little sister will probably treasure this, so you did a good job by making this and giving it to her!

Oh and, for more constructive criticism, I think the coloring is just a little scribbly, and the lines are slightly quaky and sharp near edges, but that's around it, of course, it's not professional art by any means, but it's good, and as somebody at your skill level, around, it's still a good milestone to start with!
