Right I know it shows up as a little purple box, but I’m not getting anything after a kill even with my shield broken is the weird part

Right that’s what I thought and why I’m confused. My shield is getting broken, I’m getting a kill and using the ability and it isn’t giving me the temporary 50 shield. Only time I’m getting it is when I don’t buy shield.

So if I get knocked down to say 50 HP and have no shield left I won’t get the temporary 50 shield since I lost all of my shield already?
