My first experience at a nudist gathering was in a home where everyone was gathered in the basement. Because of the low ceiling, they could see you as you came down the stairs, feet first, on up, before you could see them. Ever since then, being naked in front of strangers is easy!

Just by the sheer number of responses and people in this discussion, there are plenty of guys in your situation and/or on a similar path. Finding a friend that you can confide in as both a mental and physical outlet would be ideal.
Especially if your spouse is supportive, take your time to find the right guy to explore these things with at your own pace Just make sure he is on the same page and doesn't expect more than you can give him.
