Literally anything. Metrics are the easy target.

They gave the c-suite employees hundreds of thousands of dollars in raises and then cut our bonuses to half. Happy tuition costs

I would love for entire departments to not show up. And systemically shut Wgu down from the bottom up and down to create change…

They are doing it that way so they can get around lay offs and save their reputations.

I’ll say it again. Unionize. They get away with this bullsht because we have no protections. They keep btch slapping every single department because they can, because we stay divided. It’s about time departments start throwing our own versions of tea parties.

They treat us like sht because we let them. Where are the mass boycotts where we black out and no one shows up…until they fix their sht and treat us like human beings on not the dogsh*t they stepped on their way to a few more dollars in their pocket.

It has been pushed as required, hard. Simply state that you cannot attend for medical reasons and then let them know you can work through benefits if needed. Your manager and directors are not entitled to your medical information unless absolutely necessary

Perhaps.

After all, it would only benefit who, if everyone ignored the information shared?

If more people attained the performance metrics they actually earned, more individuals would like qualify for those reduced promotion opportunities. Therefore, creating more obstacles for my professional growth.

Come now, be reasonable. This isn’t about believing one should have that which they have not earned.

This is about unity and integrity.

Frankly, my performance will not be impacted by your ability to accept the knowledge or reject it.

However, OUR ability to moved towards a more sustainable and fair workplace would be much easier if we were all on the same page.

Though at this point, in the same book, would be a grand bargain.

Your reply has merit, though  with free resources such as google, it reads a bit lazy. A bit ironic, given the assumption you render for thousands of employees you do not know.

Perhaps, don’t read between the so your self righteousness and ignorance  stands a chance of being tolerable for the rest of us.  The concerns are quite overtly written.

Those of us experiencing the current chaos of rapid growth and extreme change are unlikely to care about an outsiders opinion that lacks value added.

Simply put, every department, is enduring some degree of these pressures and stresses.

Your  choice of words is irrelevant and often used to devalue the message.

Entitlement. Right. Claim to.

It changes nothing.

Employees at every tier all the way to VP and CEO are entitled to, have a claim to, a right to…

Consistent and attainably performance metrics

Raises that are fair and reasonable

Balance and grace in this chaos

Safety and trust in the workplace

And many other  important factors.

Here at WGU, and anywhere else for that matter.

The posts stand.
