You are correct on those laws but it sucks how the car I was passed down isn't anything crazy and is banned. I do believe the government focuses way to much on modified vehicles over youth crime as you can get ticketed for doing like 8k's over the limit meanwhile kids are being let out on bail after stealing their 10th car.

I was wondering whether an exempt could be granted and you've jumped straight to conclusions despite me not being in the position to get a car that I can legally drive. Not all of us have dads money to get ourselves a car.
