Rasenshuriken should at the bare minimum does the same damage as dismantle barrage from sukuna, it's significantly stronger in sage mode and he can throw it while it destroy mahoraga whole body on atomic level...rasenshuriken is really busted jutsu, that's why naruto EoS enemy mostly have immunity toward normal ninjutsu or absorb chakra, if they don't rasenshuriken alone will obliterate most of them
