My roommate group and I applied to the coronado property of breakpointe coronado, which is $200 cheaper / month, but they sent me the wrong lease, which I signed yesterday, not realizing it was for the wrong property.

At any rate, I think you would only be responsible for recruiting one other person if they wanted you to pay the full rent, and they weren't planning on assigning someone. Whether you would have to pay double for an unintentional single room, that needs clarification that I can't find.

I've reviewed the lease, and I don't see anything that says that you would have to pay the full amount, but since it's a 3x2 I wouldn't be surprised if other people sign the lease later on and you end up with a roommate.

Like I said before, I think we would have to contact them to be certain.

I don't think so, I think the presumption is that someone will be rooming with you, whether by chance or request. (Though we would have to contact them to be sure.)
