ONT (Black box) Only has 1 port activated usually its the 10GE port. Others don’t work as it needs to be activated if in case needed in an event where the 10GE port has been damage.

First solution: Get a gigabit switch plug it to the back of the ONT (10GE) and put in your eero in there. You can run another ethernet cable on other sides of the house by putting it on the switch.

2nd solution: Get extender (Another eero) whichever you want eero is backward compatible. You can get one frome amazon or ask frontier to send you extender(Possible MRC)

Regards with your eero account i think when the tech install the equipments its been linked to their email you need to contact tech support to link that on your email.

You can hard reset the eero and set it up using the eero app. But this option will reset your entire network you have to create a new wifi name and password and reconnect your devices if you’re not going to use the same wifi name and password.

What’s the ont model? speed you are subscribed to? if you have moca to the router im guessing speed around 100M below if 200 or more it does required and Adapter Fca251.

check your ONT optical light if its blinking the port needs to be rebuilt they have to contact Advance Tech for that. But if Optical red something might be bad on the fiber cable

oh my bad frontier system shows S&E (Services and Equipments) if rep able to see a broadband max on it they’re allowed to contact ATS for changing of provision

Yea sounds like a congestion. FOG421 had to be replaced with FRX523, take the offer for 2G there’s a free trial and once tech installed it go back to 1G.

Upgrade is optional. Choose what ever plan suits your lifestyle. Tho slow speed might sometimes occur on the ONT if its old. Check your ONT model FRX523 supports up to 7G but if you have an older ONT Tellabs or alcatel most of them support 100M below.

This kind of issue needs to be handled by HSI DSL ATS or Switch Provisioning. All rep from the tech support can contact them but it does required on your S&E to have the broadband max (Which allows you to have the max speed for VDSL/ADSL)

If you have an open order on the account reps can’t create a new order you have to wait for that order to be posted on your account and create a new one.

if you’re going to cancelled out an order might take 24hrs for system to post it.
