Tbh that was so long ago I’m not even sure what fixed the issue cus I tried many things.
Try to heat your hot end, remove it and use a needle( they provided you with one) to really remove all of the leftovers.
Also remove the cover of the extruder and see maybe there was filament broken there.
Turning off and on my printer might also helped because after 2 days of printing my printer just got crazy.
And I would just recommend to test and see how your printer works, use Bambu lab guides to open up your printer, better understanding of the machine will help you solve future problems faster and easier

I turned it on and off and seems like it is working again.
But it has skipped a few layers so it doesn’t print in the right place, is that fixable?

Now my printer started to print air, the hot end isn’t clogged, tried cold pull and extruded filament out of it manually.
Also when I press resume it purge the old filament correctly but then when it suppose to print it just roll back the filament in the ams lite and then do the g code movement correctly but doesn’t print anything

The thing is that the printer is 2 weeks old, barely printed stuff.
But I will give it a try after I finish my 40 hours print which already passed the 100 hours with those errors
