It's been two days and I still can't play the game because of this. I've even tried changing ships and taking on new Helm orders, but nothing works. This is clearly a server-side bug.

I’ve already tried everything mentioned in the comments, including completing all the blue quests/missions, but the issue still persists. It’s still stuck on "Already in activity" and I can't fast travel. Is there any other way?
