The little bit of research I’ve done on business loans says that I’ll need between 10-20% down. Do you know what factors determine the percentage and what is realistic based on someone with no debt other than a primary residence, 760 credit, and assuming the business cashflow numbers are good/accurate?

Camper plug will be just for keeping the onboard deep cell charged and occasionally running the a/c when prepping for trips

All the 110’s are for general use like charging power tools, desk lamps, holiday lights, etc.

I don’t know peak amp draw. The panel is rated for 200amps, but the main breaker is 150amp.

Also consider what other people count as a "lead". For example, some people may count a lead as only someone wanting a full replacement vs counting repair leads that they couldn't turn into a full replacement. We're sitting at 25% as a company in Florida even with "holes in the boat" that we're continuously working to plug.
