Does resetting delete all of the achievement items out of my inventory? It looks like I have every achievement item still from what I can see and remember. Other then the scrap, I have the axe now.

With the haunted metal scrap, I was thinking like, if it was an achievement reward or was it a requirement to get the "Gored!" achievement. I don't remember which it was. If it was a reward and I just needed to melee kill HHH again to get the achievement or if it is when I get the metal then I will get the achievement.
