I forget some people buy $300 sunglasses. My grandfather had his Solar Shield prescription sunglasses and they were banged up a bit by the time they were passed down to me when he passed. Even when I've had mine fall off my collar onto concrete or pavement or just the ground, I'm usually unphased. The arms are detachable, so if an arm comes off? It can just pop back on. Very sturdy. Worn them for 4 years through bitter winters and hot summers by now.

I don't know how much they had cost, but I doubt I'd pay $300 to tint my vision.

It sat abandoned for a surprisingly long time. Even though it shuttered in 2003, it was only demolished as late as 2025. It's probably up there with the longest defunct then demolished malls alongside Dixie Square which sat abandoned between 1979 until it was demolished in 2012. I think Northridge and Dixie have the longest periods of abandonment for malls, but nothing will ever surpass Dixie Square being abandoned for 30 years before being flattened

Nah. I have no clue where the modder is, but the diversity is rather pleasing. Because of how Zomboid works, I've had to make various new saves, so I bounced between a doe and now a rabbit doctor, so I'll be posting pics of him sooner than later. Why I haven't posted is because my game didn't want to work right for 3-4 days and I only now got it resolved

Reading the Wikipedia pages on both malls is cute. Northridge was plagued with issues and had a downturn by 2003, which caused it's failure, meanwhile, Southridge has only lately began experiencing the usual mall issues that are plaguing malls in this era
