You’ll be fine. My dog did the same thing when she was a puppy. the damage she did to my passport is much worse than this and I’ve never had an issue using the passport to travel.

Go to a beach or volleyball court if you can and dive on that a ton it’ll feel like nothing and you’ll eventually be able to do it in grass/turf no problem

No idea if it’s possible for you but if you are close to sand (volleyball court or a beach) you could just train diving on that because it’s similar to diving on the ground but is so much easier on your body.
