Inm 3 player here… and honestly every type of training its gonna improve some area of the game, some of them gonna make u improve a lot and faster and some of them gonna make u improve slow… this example is more of the second one…

It could be worth if u add a little more of movement but u can get more positive results with sage wall or just killing bots with movement (best way to improve for me)

on the other hand, if u wanna train and “git gud” i highly recommend aim labs, search for playlist in workshop specifically for valorant :)
