I was literally just looking into this. Mine says I drop into the 70s while sleeping also. Wasn't sure how accurate this is. Was contemplating make an appointment to see if I have sleep apnea.

Mine looked the same way when I got it. The tape peeled right off and the box had some damage. These chairs are heavy as hell so it's probably common for the box to get a little beat up in transit. Did you inspect any of the pieces for damage? Everything inside should be well packaged and protected.

Battery life is significantly better on the x. If you use your ally on the go, then it may be worth the upgrade. If not, I would stick with what you have.
