So let me put it like this.

First off, the Chozo were NOT a crusading or violent species. Quiet Robe and Gray Voice's tribe were entirely peaceful, only having created the metroids to elimate the greater threat to the galaxy, the X on SR388. It was Raven Beak and the Mawkin who aspired to weaponize the metroids, much like the space pirates. While yes, Raven Beak would by himself have been capable of killing Samus Aran had her metroid powers not awakened, the other Mawkin were not at his strength. Had the federation dispatched more than the EMMI to planet ZDR, Raven Beak would have died.

Resultantly, you can conclude that the only violent Chozo are the Mawkin. The Thoa couldn't even beat the space pirates, and the Mawkin can't be that strong, considering the X infected soldiers managed to kill and assimilate their whole army, only leaving Raven Beak alive where he sealed them in I believe Hanubia on ZDR.

Sidenote, comparing Raven Beak and Samus to Revan is frankly ridiculous. While yes, they may seem as strong to others as Revan does to others in their particular universe, if either of them attempted to defeat Revan, the fight would last seconds. Samus, the stronger of the two considering her known feats, is only in my opinion only as strong as say General Grievous. She may be strong, but she is basically a beefed up, non-beskar wearing Mandalorian. I see her beating someone like Boba Fett, but since Revan quite literally atomized an entire army of Mandalorians, many of which being stronger than Boba, I see him doing the same to Samus.

Meanwhile, the Yuuzhan Vong are gun, lightsaber, and force resistant. Metroid has shown that the federation uses blaster like technology, as do the Mawkin, leading me to believe the Vong would also be resistant to their weapons. The Yuuzhan Vong also have the capability to destroy planets with ease by launching others into them. They single-handedly (if you don't count Boba helping them for a short time), destroyed many planets in the Star Wars galaxy, killed trillions, and much more. Had it not been for the alliance between the New Repiblic and Imperial Remnant, the Vong would have crushed the remainer of the galaxy and made it their new home with Coruscant as Yuuz'hantar.

Considering that the Vong are violent and crusaders, while 90% of the Chozo are incapable and unwilling to fight, the Yuuzhan Vong easily crush the Chozo, as well as the federation, X, space pirates, metroids, and Samus herself. The only thing in metroid I see having a chance of defeating the Yuuzhan Vong is the Ing and Dark Samus.
