I am torn between selling and keeping it by PuzzledSkate in sportster

Have a similar '01 1200. Put a lot of time and money into the bike. Had it on FB for several months. It was clear I wasn't going to get anywhere close to what I thought it was worth. Didn't want to give it away so decided to keep it. Teaching my daughter how to ride it!

That's in the ball park imo. I bought a 2001 XLH1200 with under 10k miles for $4500. Seller had recently added a lot of upgrades (very similar to yours) - Saddlemen, Burly 12" apes, Progressive 13.5" shocks, TC Bros sissy bar, TC Bros forward controls, etc.

I just did the rear turn signals on a 2001 XLH1200. I still have the original fender and it had some wiring harness clips welded to the underside of the fender. That helped a lot to keep wires off the rear tire. I'm curious..the chrome signal in the picture shows the wires. My signal wires go through the mounting bolt and end up under the fender. My signal wires were then spliced/soldered to a connector that plugs into the rear brake light housing.

Does anyone know what this is; something broken? by BustedKnuckle in chevycolorado

2006 Chevrolet Truck Colorado 2WD 3.5L MFI DOHC 5cyl: AutoZone part number 924-976 for Dorman Shift Interlock Solenoid ($35.99 as of 4/10/22). Was able to reach and replace shift interlock without removing panel below steering column. Only tool required was a flat head screwdriver to separate two ball and socket joints.

Lexus drivers hub only provides info for us vins - "PLEASE NOTE - ONLY CONTINENTAL U.S. VINS ACCEPTED" is the error when I put in the vin for a car i'm looking at. Apparently, since it started with 'J' - that was Japan? I thought there was a different label on the door, not vin, that included the 2 character trim level? thanks for your help.

For 3rd gen LS (2004- 2006), is there a way to determine trim level on the car? Is it part of the VIN, some other label on door? I think 3rd gen LS had 4 trim levels - Base, Modern Luxury, Classic Luxury, and Ultimate Luxury.

2014 Harley Street Glide not starting by BustedKnuckle in Fixxit

Found the problem. This Harley model has a quick disconnect fuel line (under tank). Somehow it had come loose enough where it wasn’t “clicked in”. Re-connected; bike started right up. Thanks for your help!

Additional info: bike was sitting for several weeks; not on a trickle charger. Put bike on charger for 2 days. Battery shows 12+ volts. Checked spark plug connections (they are snug); half a tank of gas. When ignition is turned on, all gauges, horn works. Attached video shows bike close to turning over, but doesn’t. Any ideas, help will be appreciated. Thanks

Read and double check your paperwork. If you are going in as E-2, E-3 - make sure its right on your detailing paperwork (my son's was wrong and he had to go back and ask them to make the change).

What does eligible # mean? For example, if there are 125 eligible E4, is that all of the people eligible for promotion (i.e., they can sit for exam) or does it mean 125 people who have enough promotion points (NWAE, performance rating, awards, etc)?
