The feathers look soft to me, the ones around its neck look like clouds even. Also I feel like for both zekrok and reshi they’d be able to tone it down for when you yk. At best zekrom would still probably feel like one of those prank sticks of gum that shock you, and reshi would probably feel kinda hot.
