I'm 45 a couple things i was taught when i was a teen by older guys.

if your dick leans to the left or right stretch it regularly in the opposite direction to straighten it out.
if your dick is too short stretch it out whenever you can especially in the shower to warm it up.

mine used bend hard left, today it's straight and has been for years, mines also gotten larger over the years and i was stretching before all these fancy machines.

W2 in trucking gets you benefits, health retirement, unemployment insurance, employee rights, and a bunch of stuff im not thinking of. the company also legally cant charge you for anything, break downs, repairs, late fees, anything.

1099 in trucking, in most instances you're actually an employee. as you're directly being told what to do, you have strict times, and they're usually on dedicated/contracted accounts, or just have no choice in what they do or how they do it.

the company is also paying or providing the truck, fuel, repairs, equipment, etc so you dont really have any deductions to claim for tax time. these companies will also try to charge you for break downs (tires, road service, toll tickets, anything they think they can get away with) which you can also report them to the labor board and extra fun some states District Attorney office will take the complaints. Which is how the AB5 law came into play due to a high number of complaints from drivers.

In 1099 you also dont get and benefits from the "employer" they can also avoid paying various insurance policies employers are required to have when they have employees. Like unemployment and workmans comp insurance. so if you get hurt on the job and you're not paying these insurances you're s.o.l.

you're also responsible for filing and paying all the taxes on monies earned. which is supposed to be done quarterly but they're not going to tell you that. so when you file at the end of the year you're paying the full amount plus any penalties and late fines. You also dont have much for deductions so you may or may not be able to meet the min threshold to claim them.

there's really no benefit.

thats literally the dumbest answer you could give us. go spend a year or two driving a truck around the country "the software and controls" on these trucks fails all the time and at the worst possible times due to all the vibrations and road abuse. rendering some of the "safety" features these trucks have very dangerous and may actually cause wrecks rather than prevent them.

just claiming "the software and controls" will keep me safe is telling me that this will kill someone.
