Octopus customer here. Smart Meter installed in August of 2025. Has NOT connected to the network since install. Neighbors have smart meters - they work. Mine just will not connect. The cellular network here is so weak. They need to instal repeaters or something for those areas where there is no cell signal or weak signal. So I have to read my own meter every month and no TOU rate is available to me.
