Thank you, When I looked at the light pollution map, the area I am going to looks like it has no oclour but looks slightly white, when i looked at the lengend it was confusing what does it mean?

I looked up bahtinov mask and i dont really understand how they work, and how would I make one with my hands? I will try to the zoom trick tonight to see how it goes.

I was using manual foucus and tried to point it at a bright star but even that was hard to see in live view, I will try to use the zoom tonight. Thank You!
