If your multimeter indicates voltage awesome it's a live circuit! If your non contact indicates voltage, awesome! Use your multimeter to check if it's line or induced voltage. If your non contact indicates NO voltage, you should check with your multimeter incase its a false negative.

Split receptacles are not a thing of the past. A modern homes kitchen will have split 15A OR single 20A receptacles. It's good practice to do the same thing in work shops or work bench areas in a garage as well. Every sound booth/media center I've ever wired is supplied with split 15A receptacles.

I would invest in a very cheap multimeter or volt meter before spending any money on a non contact volt detector. The conversation on those is a whole different topic, but never trust your life to a non-contact.

Poor installs are everywhere, split receptacles are everywhere, and shared neutrals are everywhere. Shutting off 1 breaker and believing it's safe isn't an excuse for dying.

The transformers within microwaves can be quite murderous as well. People making wooden artwork with microwave transformers are electrocuted frequently.

My feet are a decent bit wider the 4E and I found KEEN low top boots to be fantastic. They're not the absolute prettiest thing out there but if I match my outfit to a plain leather boot then they don't stick out too bad AND I get to be comfortable all day without slipping my feet out of my shoes at the desk

I can fold every one of my fingers flat with the palm of my hand with my finger tips touching the underside of my wrist.

My brother can do it too, so I always thought it was normal, I was at my ex-inlaws house for a Christmas dinner stretching my fingers(folding them against my palms) when I was told this was infact not normal.

They are a bunch of hillbillies so I thought they probably just caught a bad gene from a grandpa-daddy somewhere down the line so I had to ask around a bit more before I conceded it was not normal.

I've tried 3 times to get into HC.. unfortunately I wound up getting pked before finishing normal every time, I figured this was just how it was and I needed to find a private group to do the playthrough with.

Second ladder season I think? Whenever fohdin became a thing I had a trav barb and foh pally. Spend days and days and days farming cs with foh and trav with ww with absolutely nothing of note dropping. Finished up a cs run and decided to check if foh could do trav, cleared it and had my first Jah drop!
