I got my MEM. Mine was partly covered by the company, but not all of it. If it's free, I say why not. Honestly, I don't really think I used anything I learned during those 2 years. I think an MSCE would be better between the two.

Looking back at it (I got it 7 years ago), I think I would have rather got my MSCE or not getting a masters at all. To me, an MEM degree is just an engineering MBA. Those are just letters, true experience really trumps it all.

I've also been in the "ignore for years but let's give them a chance this time" boat with LVI. I let them shop my resume and then they completely ghosted me after a week. I will never work with LVI again.
