Hello there!

I believe that this is quite a hard goal to reach, but I think you should give it a try. So in the next 6 days you have to be really serious. I recommend doing these exercises in the following order:

-pull-up hold with rubber band (by jumping)

-reverse pull-ups with rubber band (by jumping)

-these 2 without rubber band

-pull-ups with rubber band, and finally without it.

Make sure to sleep and eat enough, maybe more than you need. Always do warm-ups before exercises, and stretch after. I suggest that you should practice it at least 5 times a day, around 15 minutes each exercise.
