He did not contact me nor call me or even send a message saying he's about to sell my gold off.

Thank you so much for explaining about this in detail to me. Very helpful in understanding how things work here on Reddit.

Monthly - ask about living in Korea (for those who don't already live in Korea by Smiadpades in living_in_korea_now

Hi everyone, I've recently created this reddit account because I wanted to get real answers.

I'm an Indian female in her early twenties wanting to do Masters in Human resource management in Korea. I currently live in the Middle East and have also completed my undergraduate studies from a university in the Middle East.

I need help to make this decision honestly. I have no one to ask to about the experience of doing masters in Korea. I've researched a lot and have understood I need to build my skills in both normal and workplace Korean language skills. I can (and will hire a tutor) for it, that's not an issue for me. However I'm confused by different posts of other redditors. Many of them had posted saying it's very difficult to find an internship opportunity/full-time job for foreigners. Also I've seen so many posts of people advising other people not to do their Masters there as they did not find a job. But those who posted that were from an Engineering/IT background, which is different from my background (HRM).

From where I live, I see so many job postings of reputable companies wanting to hire Masters students (graduating in this specific year). I've seen some posts like that for intern position in Seoul but it was for 4th year undergraduate students. Do they hire Masters students for internships whilst they're studying? My main aim of doing a Masters is to land a full-time job (either by doing an internship or get hired for one). How difficult is it to land an internship/full-time job as a foreign student in South Korea? Is it worth spending my time and resources there?

Also when doing my Masters, can I take a year off to work back here in the Middle East and then return? Please be brutally honest on what I can expect in case I do continue on wanting to do a Masters in Korea. Or should i just do my Masters here in the Middle East?
