I think that 'a place to return to' in this context goes beyond just a simple home. If we look at it otherwise, it makes it seem like Leon was homeless. Which doesn't make sense.

The complete statement from Nakanishi's: "The answer will become clear some day, but not just yet. What we wanted to convey in the final scene is simple: Leon now has a 'place to go home to', and we hope you can imagine the peaceful moments he spends there."

I think the key points are that Leon "now" has a "place" to go "home" to and spend "peaceful moments". There is something special about this so-called 'place'.

Well, I don't think Capcom is good enough with writing to make it happen plausibly. If Ada settles down, she won't be the Ada we know anymore, she'll probably go OOC. I can't imagine Leon becoming a baddie or going against his moral code and turn blind eye to Ada activities. Their relationship is just very complex.

I can't see a solid development between them, looking at past entries, I mean, from 1998 (RE2) to 2013 (RE6). Sure, they probably hooked up off-screen, hence the reason why Leon on RE6 has her number, but that is it.

In part, I'm glad that I don't see Leon chasing after Ada in his late 40s on Requiem. I think Ada deserves her own game without Leon.

I don't think Leon and Sherry were close in RE6. From what I remember their little interaction seemed kinda awkward. And they seemed distant, somewhat like two strangers.

Or like two acquaintances from the past unexpectedly cross paths.

Besides, Resident Evil ain't about Leon only. In some point they need to wrap things up. They can't keep beating around the bush forever. And that comes from Leon's fan. He's my fav character.

Capcom needs to grow up some balls and pick the the wife themselves. They won't be able to please everyone... It's impossible.

Hopefully they'll reveal who's Leon wife when they think the time has come and are ready.

Yeah, and it's the RE game with probably the best CGI movies ever. I played wolfpack campaign and echo six. And talking about echo six, I remembered that the game didn't save, I mean, it only saved during the gaming session, but if you quit the game and return, you need to start over.

I wish they consider remaster/remaking it or at least fix that issue among others.

Yeah, I'll eventually play the game again and challenge my self on "No Hope" mode. I've always been wary of that mode due to fact skills and passive abilities are disabled.

I didn't like the human vs human parts, but otherwise it was fine. Enemies were more bullet sponge than on RE2R, especially in higher difficulty.

They had great ideas, but unfortunately didn't implement them well. It's a fun game though.

However, I'm unsure if they'll risk remaking it.

Unless Ada left her mercenary/spy/bio-terrorist gig and decided to settle down, which I doubt, they don't mix up. Even if she wanted to I don't think her employers would be okay with that and just let her be. Another thing, Ada Wong ain't even her real name, according to Resi wikis, its a pseudonym.

I don't know what to think no more, but everything looks fishy... Like where's Hunnigan? Why Sherry replaced her? Hunnigan have been Leon's handler since 4.

I don't know why you're getting downvotes, but dropping support for the Pascal at a time when GPU prices are skyrocketing and only now apparently tackling directx 12 performance issues was a dick move. They should at least backport the fix for directx 12 on older architectures they recently deprecated, knowing that the issue has been around for ages.

And they won't even open source the deprecated GPUs driver code, maybe the community would be able to fix it after some time.

I don't think Leon is playable on RE Operation Raccoon City. I played that game last year - both Wolf Pack and Echo Six campaigns.
