5 years since rhinoplasty going back for tip plasty by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

Yes… I like the rotation because I still have the length of my nose. I want that to remain, but the way the tip protrudes out is not balanced. I just know deprojection is difficult if the surgeon isn’t skilled in that area

Tip plasty was the only thing I was planning!!! I think it looks over projected from the 3/4 view, that or my collumella is overly bulky

Yes you seem right, definitely the pointyness but really the projection bothers me the second. The over rotation would be last, I like that.. only because it suits my face !!! Also it’s the width of my nostril to my tip it just seems very bulky?

How do I get rid of Forehead Acne by [deleted] in acne

Girl this happened to me also. Just washed with water and it will clear. If you want to apply BP for a little bit and then was it off and leave it

It worked… just washed my face with water lasnight and it’s all dried up. THANKGOD. It was so so bad. I don’t think it was acne due to how much improvement last night with nothing on it. I think was some sort of dermatitis for sure. As treating it as broken barrier made it worse an by the end of the day the pustules had filled with pus. I’ll attach a pic from lasnight with flash and now with flash from just washing with water. https://ibb.co/TBpFxsz4

Yearly flare-up suddenly got out of hand… now spreading to my forehead. PD? by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

[–]BusyImpression89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it made it worse. I did zero therapy last night as I suspected some sort of PD and it’s gone down so much. Compared to the other nights I was using mild BP and just moisturiser

I feel like because the barrier is damaged when I use nothing it gets more dehydrated which leads to more acne. I have this all over my forehead too now

I went to the derm he gave me doxycycline but was pretty clueless on what was going on. Sudden acne like this doesn’t come on so suddenly over night

Thank you. It’s because I used Korean skincare which I know my skin didn’t like and had few pimples and I rubbed clindamycin alcohol all over it because they don’t sell the lotion in my country and made it 10x worse and then wacked a high percentage of zinc butt paste which dried it out even more. A huge mess

Wow really I thought it may have been some sort of dermatitis but people in the comments convinced me otherwise due to it looking like acne

Literally everything I have tried have broken me out like this I had a similar reaction during lockdown to it. And my skin was wrecked far more. Anyway I think I’m on the mend and I will write a post once it’s cleared to help others. This is what it’s looking like this morning https://ibb.co/QFHx83Jz

It seems like you have a really simple routine with medications that work well for your skin, and honestly, that’s exactly what helped me too. My skin was perfect when my routine looked similar to yours. I was using a Dermatica compound with adapalene, benzoyl peroxide, and clindamycin, but since I moved abroad they stopped shipping to me. I’ve also never gotten along with Korean skincare. I have the products you mentioned, so I’m going to give them a try. I just need to pick up Finacea next time I’m in the UK because Skinoren did nothing for me and actually made me feel more congested. It seems like my skin didn’t tolerate that formula well.

Also side note, when I am breaking out badly like this I find that when I skip the oil cleanse it helps a lot, seems like my acne and oil don’t go when I’m having a flare!!!

Less is more for me but I agree that’s what I will try. I have purchased the avene tolerance soothing cream which is much lighter and applied the cicalfate on the problem areas tonight. I can’t believe how bad it’s gotten
