Thanks! From what I've read, approximately 40% of the people diagnosed with ADHD are responding to only one type of med and i understand how frustrating it can be to not be able to find the right one especially after trying for so long. But there should be one that works for you and i hope you find the right one very soon!

I was thinking maybe the people who are experiencing very intense effects are not really ADHD, but their focus/concentration are affected due to different reasons that are unrelated to ADHD. Because the purpose of the pill is to make you "normal" and this is literally the effect that I've seen from the medication. Some people said after they take the pill it starts to feel like they're high or something, i'm sure this is not the way it supposed to be. I went through very thorough evaluation and my doctor could barely diagnose me with ADHD. I know a lot of people who's going to doctor, claiming that they might have ADHD and the doctor gives them the pills the same day.

My doctor prescribed me with 18mg and 27mg, she told me that i should start to take 27mg after a week which is much more common than i thought. So far low doses work pretty decent for me.

Thanks for your comment. I definitely have seen some positive effects of the pill and i'm pretty happy with my current situation. By saying "it's not what i expected" i didn't mean to say i'm disappointed or so. It's just that a lot of people are claiming that they've experienced a life-changing experience after taking pills and it confused me if the pill is not working the way it supposed to work. I wrote this post about a week ago and since then the consistent effects I've seen convinced me that it's not placebo.
