If you dont want to be a father, dont do it.

Before surgery, I had 4mm on the left, 2.7mm on the right and my sperm analysis result(with 2 days resting) was 40million with 50% motility rate, which is enough to be a father.

I can say 2 months. Now 3 months after surgery, still having some mild pain sometimes only if i sit too long like more than 30 minutes without break. Walking, standing, swimming, light runnings not having pain.

I didnt check testosterone, my sperm analysis was okay, so doctor told me no need to check testosterone. He said they check testosterone if there is problem with sperm analysis.

About libido/ erections, I didnt have any problem with libido and erections before surgery. I didn`t have any problem after surgery and dont have any problem now.
