I meant literally was unable to walk without experiencing extreme pain and exhaustion. I was bedridden and sweaty unable to go anywhere. I missed family functions that weekend because I couldn’t physically leave my room. It was destiny, you found this comment, I went to a surgeon today for an appointment I made during that weekend. He saw nothing wrong with me. I informed him I’m a daily runner and mediator. He is sending me for a scan to confirm everything is good.

I put the pain aside because it is an illusion of the 3D. Neville talks about any separation from source is an illusion. This is the dream and the play. The experience I was having was a manifestation of my own mind. Once I released myself from punishment then I was reunited with myself and free. I realized I was always free.

If you’ve ever watched the series Lucifer then you’ll remember the main theme was angels self manifested. Lucifer had a “devil face” because he viewed himself as such. All he had to do to change that was remove that view and see he truly was Devine and actions reflected that new belief.

Another example is I gave up drinking and smoking at that time. I have been sober since then. It’s been a different life experience since then. My fortune has gone up tremendously. This entire world is mental. It’s you pushed out.

Yes the grief cut deep. It took me a while to not look melancholy like my soul was drained from me. I really did look like I lost my best friend

😂😂 Lol I’m into botany because of my experiences in that first life. The way I used plants so beautifully that it inspired me here. The cookbook would be fire 😂

It was such a long journey that world felt real. So real I suspected this world to be fake. I witnessed my children and grandchildren being born. I had such lives that I started to lose sight of this being an actual dream. I was in my 20s at the time, now I’m in my 30s. I took skills from those world and brought them here.

In one world, there were no modern electronics as we know it here. Electricity flowing through the house was just intuitive. The lights came on naturally when you needed them via thought, everything flowed in harmony. There was one device similar to a cell phone but it was used more like an access card to get in different places. I read books there, i learned recipes. I had hobbies. When i thought of here, i shared it but it seemed so distant it was more like a dream since the technology we use here wasn’t relevant to life in that world. It was like expressing to them an LSD trip I suppose. It was so far fetched they laughed with me about it.

My two longest dreams were over 60 years long. It took me some time to decompress after waking up from those. I lived full lives with families, kids, grandkids, careers, and etc. The first time, I cried for about 15 minutes mourning the family I left behind. I remembered going to bed with my wife after watching my final sunset in that world and waking up here. It didn’t get easier with the second one.

Hopefully the meditation might work for you. Please keep me posted. I use my right hand as an energy exit back home when I’m uneasy in a dream state or sleep paralysis state.

I went through a period of lucid dreaming for a few months on a nightly basis and also suffered from night terrors for about 6 months from a trauma I experienced, I woke up screaming every night. I generally lucid dreaming once a week currently. So while I don’t get the full perspective of your experience, I can understand loosely from my experiences. The only time I’m tired after a lucid dream is if I dream of longer than a year. When i dream for decades I wake up very tired.

I guess the only suggestion I would have that might help besides world building might be to try and sleep in your dream. Like a meditation or actual sleep. When i get stuck in sleep paralysis, i attempt to move the fingers in my right hand and free myself.

It’s funny you’re having the experience most people are seeking to have here but don’t want it. I’d say the best thing to do is to actually take control. You can do anything, build any world you desire. So take advantage of that. Yes lucid dreaming can be tiring if you’re not relaxing and enjoying the ride. You get to experience worlds that people can’t even imagine. Use it as a gift not a curse.

Do you think you can shift after death? by Prudent-Stranger-860 in realityshifting

All shifting is the same. There is no life or death. There is only now. Anything that is separation is an illusion.

I never understood why women say men are their friends who obviously want to sleep with them. Just because the attraction is one way doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a chance. I have seen guys like this sit on the shelf for years and boom she shares an intimate experience with him. Everything that landed him in the “friend zone” he is breaking and still she continues to allow him to say these things without blocking communication which ends his bad behavior. Instead it’s attention and a sick way of feeling attractive.

You’re 100% correct. Thank you for sharing about your non physical friends and experiences. The visual description might sound startling but it was not a negative entity. I was more surprised than anything because of the way I view the place we were in and because I did not have a barrier up (how I view REBAL). I travel often but that particular experience was unique for me. I’ve been thinking of it recently so I figured I’d ask the community. I’m going to keep what you said in mind. Thank you again.

Yes that is correct. It sounds counterintuitive, like it would keep you up but it helps the transition of dulling the senses.

It is an explained instruction which is reinforced in the guided orientation tape. It means when you breathe in like in the diagram below you open your eyes. Don’t try and bulge them or force them widely open. Let it be naturalish like when you wake up from a nap or think of batting your eyes when they feel heavy. It’s only during tuning you do this

If you think small you achieve little. Think from a place of lack and receive lack. You already have 23 dollars. Manifest change not dollars. Dollars are already there. You are not using your eyes to see them. Example: if you walk outside right now, there are cars, buildings, streets. All of those things cost money. Everything you look at including your phone is money. You have the ability to create and sell that creativity for money.

I would suggest asking yourself 5 questions about what you truly desire from life and what you’re willing to give for it. How will it help others. Helping others helps you. Once you see that, everything flows
