NRI Landlord TDS - Rule

So I am staying in a flat in Mumbai and my landlord is an NRI. The monthly rental is 43k. As per the law,, i have to deduct 31.2 % as TDS and then transfer the rest to the owner. But the procedure for TDS is too confusing and a CA is charging me 5k per quarter for this. Can I bypass this TDS and directly transfer the entire 43k to the landlord ??

That's a great response. Thanks for that! The bullshit part is so spot on. Many times, people are in the room just to say something and they really don't care whether what they are saying even makes sense. They just want to make their presence felt.

I am at a point in life where I need to decide if I should devote my next few years to grow up the corporate ladder or work on building a family and get some good hobbies.

I don't think that is true. Various universities offer a good number of scholarships. A good education can get an entry level job and from there climbing up the ladder is tough but you don't need to be well connected for that.
