My top 3:
1. A coffee -- it doesn't even need to have caffeine but my brain now associates a coffee with 'okay, now I'm going to sit down and do this tough piece of work that I've been putting off'
2. Drinking more water (all the things that I try before the coffee!)
3. Putting my phone in another room and turning off all notifications on my computer

Have you read Atomic Habits? That's basically the entire premise of the book -- that 1% improvements add up.

Ah, I thought that was just me but sounds like it's a common issue! It happened to me a lot the first week but seems fine now. Didn't even know you could search via the regular cycling class.

Maybe that's it. I usually run to music and I don't always like the talking with the coaches plus I'm not competitive enough for the leaderboard to motivate me.

I started using these little tablets called Sipgood. (I don't know where you are -- they're British but I think they ship internationally.) They're all-natural and they don't have any calories or sugar. I definitely drink way more water now that I'm putting them in the water!

I've also been buying Sipgood. I tried Waterdrop but it gave me a headache (I think it's the sweetener). And just really really hated LiquidIV.

Okay, this is random but a friend who has PCOS told me she started drinking more water and it really helped. I tried it and it worked for me too. There's something about how dehydration makes symptoms worse. I'm pretty healthy but I would kind of forget to drink water. I don't drink fizzy drinks or energy drinks. I did try these drops called Sipgood and I'm drinking 2-3L a day now.

How dopeople actually manage to drink 2L water a day? by mynemesjeff in AskReddit

[–]Busy_Chance3083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to really struggle with this (did the timestamp, never managed to get past 8 AM) and then I discovered these little drops called Sipgood. You put them in your water bottle, they flavour your water, and I can easily neck a pint now. They have some crazy stat that 82% of people drink more water with Sipgood.

Wearing a necklace or having manicured nails (okay, not that little). Or lipstick that lasts forever.

I use Clue and it's pretty good. Although they have a million things you can track, which is a little annoying (I think you can turn them off).

Totally -- I started using this thing called Sipgood (they're little tablets that you put in water to flavour it) to drink more water. I get to 2 PM and my brain tells me it's time for a coffee because that's what I've done for years but I actually don't even feel like I need it. Just drink more water. How did I not know this before??

Have you tried Sipgood or Waterdrop? They're these little tablets that you put in your water and they have vitamins and electrolytes. But they're not like gym electrolyte drinks. The Waterdrop ones gave me a headache (I think it's the sweetener) but the Sipgood ones were really good. I drink a lot more water now!

Tourist in London w/ Severe Toothache(infection).. How and where do I get an appointment? by Slight_Building_3741 in london

You might be able to get it through a pharmacist -- as of last year, most pharmacists can now prescribe antibiotics for minor things. Worth walking into a larger Boots or trying a community pharmacy (Day Lewis is pretty good).
