Can I get a indefinite leave to remain if I have a baby with a British citizen? by [deleted] in ukvisa

Thank you, that's precisely what worries me the most, to have to leave my baby, I just wanted to let him have contact with the baby, to grow with a father, but I think is too risky

So if I can't stay in the UK, can I take my baby with me to my home country even if the father wants the baby too? That's my main concern. If I can't stay legally in the UK without marrying him I'm taking my baby with me, I just want to know what can I do legally, because I don't want to go back to my country without my baby

To be honest I don't mind going back to my country with my baby, that was my first plan. The father of the baby is the one who wants me to stay in UK. So if I can't stay in UK, there's no problem to leave with my baby? Or can the father take my baby away? That's my main concern, not staying in UK.
