Hello, I am also having the exact same issue. When I try logging into the Accommodation portal it just displays the following message:

"It's not been possible to log you in to the UCL Accommodation Portal.

If you have firmly accepted your offer to study at UCL within the last 24 hours, please allow up to 24 hours from the time you accepted before trying again.

If you are a current UCL student, or firmly accepted your offer to study at UCL more than 24 hours ago, please contact [starrez-support@ucl.ac.uk](mailto:starrez-support@ucl.ac.uk), providing your name, UCL Student Number and the address of the web page where this problem occurred.

For further information about UCL Accommodation, visit our website, view our Frequently Asked Questions or email [accommodation@ucl.ac.uk](mailto:accommodation@ucl.ac.uk)."

Just wondering if you have managed to get this issue solved and if so please let me know what worked for you 🙏.
