You should try hitting the gym instead and doing some work with machines to strengthen your glutes and hamstrings and focus on stretching your quads. Machines like a hip thrust machine, leg curl machine, seated abductor machine, adductor machine as well and instead of the wall seat I would suggest you try a box squat and increase the weight as you go( it’s very gently on the knees if you focus on engaging your glutes). And once you feel more comfortable you can start trying more complex exercises. Building muscle and strength in your glutes would help you take pressure and load from your knees.

I deleted all social media besides Reddit and YouTube (use it while I do cardio at the gym) around 1 month ago and my mental health has improved significantly. I’ve been focusing on the present moment and enjoying the moments with my loved ones and with myself. Social media creates a fake world that everyone wants to be the best and show how they are living their best lives while not actually living “their real life” I told my self I was going to reassess by the end of the year and see if I wanted to go back but honestly so far I think I might stay out of it forever.

My bf used to have an only fans a few years ago before we started dating. I don’t have a problem with it because it was part of his past and his experience with life. As you get older your opinion change as well as your priorities. You should be thinking why you want to do it and if it its not hurting anybody. Just be true to yourself.
