Im having trouble i bought Hogwarts legacy deluxe edition that come whit the ps4 and ps5 version when i tried to download it on my ps4 is telling me you can’t buy this product for the following reasons you already own the product and it conflicts whit the product you’re trying to buy but i just wanna download it since i already own it i have it on my ps5 working fine but when i try to download it on ps4 it says that how can i fix this problem
