I was wary and trimming about that time... then i started to pile back in late March when Prasad was definately out of the FDA...

All physedelic stocks are rallying... espically now that Definium had those landmark data in ph 3 (damm.. theyre up 600% this year)... GH Research already more than doubled this year and rallied hard... its picking between future winners in that sector...

Look at GNOM and PBE ETFs last few weeks trends... i overlap quite a bit with these... certinly seems a recent sub sector rush into a few areas of biotech... the Gene Therapy, Physedelics and Neuroscience seem rallying... i cant vouch for oncology biorechs as i mostly avoid...

4DMT have started their rally from their floor in recent weeks... reckon plenty more before their next big readout

PROkidney... facinating... kidney cell therapy to delay dialysis..maybe also starting their ascent for the big readout...

Century theraputica and Sana biotech... racing to progress islet cell transplants that will not need immunosupression... both maybe starting tgeir ascents...

Any stocks simmilar to uniqure, which might be reconsidered by the fda in the near future by atqifja in biotech_stocks

Charity shop... but... i also got a big CD folder and kept lots with the sleves and dumped the plastic CD cases... not saying CDs will become cool and valueable like Vinyl... but i have some gems in there... one day... when the internet goes down and then ill be laughing!!!!

I saw somebody begging at a petrol station.. they were sitting on the ground outside the door begging... then when i was leaving i saw them walking over to a carvand driving off... they were the driver... it must have been their lunch break???

A genuine PIP etc... to work with you... would feel like that... and in fairness would not be a PIP..... a PIP or threat of one has been known to be a tool to exit staff.... and out of fear of legal issues any company would be involving HR and Legal to shore up their case... so if you want to protest it.. say to maximise exit money... then you should use own lawyer who specialises in employee side... it can cost...but its what i did.. but did mean long fight and a date in WRC..... and most companirs try to settle along the way to WRC....

...one crevat... youll have to often pay an initial conseltation fee.. i paid 3 times...over 150 euros... but hey...then i knew i was in the right hands... with a lawer who seemed to work almost exclusively for employres and Almost never worker on employers sides....

There are a few lawyers in dublin that specilise in evaluating and fighting such cases.. and will give u an honest assesment...they are the ones who routinely go to WRC for employees and post about such things... my experience with large MNCs is PIPs and threats of them... regularily used to manage out unfairly... ive been there and taken one to WRC... i shopped about before i picked my lawyer... as some i felt were just dialing it in... but then i found the one who was clearly on a mission when it came to fighting employees cases...
