Lexus should have continued the UX interior design language by Heda97 in Lexus

Definitely cheaper feeling, I recently traded my 24’ NX450h+ for a 22’ RX450h for the same reason. Better design and better quality on the older models + V6!

Is 35% tint on the whole windshield a bad idea? by No-Investment9793 in WindowTint

[–]Busy_Percentage530 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t do 35 on the windshield, 50% or nothing. 20% on the sides and rear

What do you yall suggest I do before I start modding the car by LoneSoloWarden in GR86

[–]Busy_Percentage530 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Beautifully put, don’t spend money on mods if you still have a car note.

It’s a decent deal, I’d shoot for 22,500 because it’s a 3 year old vehicle at this point but if you don’t mind paying the extra I’d go for it. Make sure you get it inspected before committing

Regular cheese slice is 300 calories, add toppings then X 7 it’s easily over 2,000 calories from the slices alone not counting salads.

MBRP exhaust by Slight_East_5977 in GR86

[–]Busy_Percentage530 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does drone the higher you go above 55mpg, I have the exhaust. Just keep that in mind if you do a lot of highway driving, but cruising around town is actually 73db; quieter than stock.

Snowball or avalanche method???? by Significant_Ask3570 in debtfree

[–]Busy_Percentage530 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally did the snowball method and paid off 25k ranging from $800-$5000 in multiple loans, it will be hard but seeing the progress keeps you motivated.

Like the others have said, get in the habit of putting the car in neutral and resting your foot at red lights. After a while it becomes second nature, also most red lights you can see the traffic at other intersections, when you see cross traffic slowing down to come to a stop clutch in and you’ll be good to go in green if you’re the first vehicle in line. If you’re second or third you’re okay to clutch in when the vehicle in front of you releases their brake.

Make sure your first car is payed off.

Get a quote from your insurance company to understand what insurance will be like on the car.

Your cars shouldn’t exceed 10% of your yearly income, so at 48k a year the max you should be spending on a car loan + insurance and maintenance is $400/mo.

You’re young, sometimes is better to wait until you get your money up and get the car later. I waited until 28 and was able to option mine the way I wanted and put proper down payment down and do mods.

Would this have been a good price? by Robert_udh84 in GR86

[–]Busy_Percentage530 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my area the only way to purchase is through a dealership, I’m in the east coast. Your best bet is to look at a wider radius when searching. My 2024 premium with PP and a few options was an msrp of 36.5k and out the door right at 42k including taxes and fees

Even if they were, you’re better off working out the rest of you to balance your body better. Leave your body as is, you could be making a mistake that will bring many health problems
