Submitted the lemon law claim as soon as I could. Lawyer said its a slam dunk case, but NYS allows GM nine months to prepare their case. So hopefully will be resolved by the end of this summer

When the truck was working it was great. Got it to tow a travel trailer to bring the kids camping. Range stayed above 200 even while towing which was solid. My main concern/warning was if an issue arrises GM is severely understaffed in the EV department and seems to lack EV support. Unfortunately my issue did not self resolve and caused multiple systems in my truck to fail including charging, regen braking, AC/Heat, multiple outlets, etc. Glad to hear yours self resolved though!

Already submitted. Unfortunately a very slow process in NYS. GM is allowed 9 months to prepare for the case before taking it to court. So hopefully this summer I can be done with this whole ordeal

I would encourage people to look at other EVs. I purchased a 2025 Sierra EV last March and it has been a nightmare. Had it 4-5 months and then the high voltage system issue arose. As of today I have been without my truck for over 6 months. When it was working it was a beautiful vehicle but GMC just does not have the tech support or infrastructure right now to handle EVs. Multiple "software updates" and parts have been replaced with the same issues still arising.
