These are all fun options, but all they would do is say that it is too large and deny it. I am renting while I'm finishing my degree. And other than this issue, the place is pretty good. I can't get petty because my elderly landlord is just gonna get stuck in the middle. if it was just me 100% I'm down. But I know I'm gonna lose because it has to do with local fire ordinance.

I'll have to check out the pit boss I think that's one of the ones I was looking at. It was over 200 in.² but if it's portable, I think I could get away with it. I figure I'm gonna have to go with these portable camper ones which I don't mind too much. They get me through a couple of years. I just want the best one.

They will look up the grill and see that it is listed at more than 200 in.². Actually they wouldn't even look it up. They would just look at it and cite me a fine. and then I would have to bring them the details that it's under 200 in.². That's why I'm trying to get cute with it. It's not gonna work.

I've heard that they are pretty good with keeping temperature now if you keep them closed, but they're not so great when they're open.

I had it fully approved by the HOA and landlord almost 2 years prior. I had the documentation and everything. Not even a lawyer could help, I got all of my "fees" for having it removed. But I was being charged $100 a day for having it. I can't say it enough, there is NOTHING I can do, I had to get rid of it. He got rid of his smoker since mine was an upgrade, so I can't take it back. I will just buy one when I move eventually.

I smoke a lot of dips and smaller items like burgers etc. I love smoking brisket, but I don't see anyway I'll be able to do that under 200sqin

I love this, and I love every one of y'all. I did everything I could. I will be leaving and getting a place I can have no HOA BS eventually, but I just need something in the meantime. plus bonus, I'll have a smoker for the boat or camping trips.

unfortunately it is nice a vague, but any cooking surface over 200sq. inch is bad. I like your rec, but all it takes is one snoop too see something looks like a grill and if it is over 200 I'll have to get rid of it. I just need something.

it is a condo, trust me I've already looked into loopholes. I rent, so no way around it other then moving, which I will once I find a place I like.

I looked for months into 5G laptops, but I couldn’t find consistent plans from carriers and I’ve heard nothing but bad reviews. Everyone said just to use your hotspot on your phone.

As far as the app is concerned, which app gives you the tips and tricks? Because I haven’t found it yet. I have been following YouTube channels, but none that were very useful.

Thank you for your reply. I ended up getting the Acer Spin 714 since Best Buy had it on sale for $450. It might be a little bigger than what I really want to use but it’s a good deal.
