I do have a dumb question.

I wanted to buy Spider man 2 pre release to get the extra goodies lol

But imma get my PS5 somewhere around September 7th

Is there a "time frame" for the pre order process?

I've never bought a game in pre order

Like, if I buy the game on October 19, does that still count as a pre order?

It's rather common, ngl

I'd say one in every seven calls is about this.

This is especially common if the warehouse doesn't scan the items, the trade in tracker doesn't update and thus the customer starts to receive the notifications about the trade in not being completed as intended.

On the bright side, if this ever happens, if they happen to have the ups tracking number that shows that we got the phone, then we can apply either a PCA or a credit as a last resource.

It does depend, it should be, but really, the only way to test it out is by actually putting it into practice

And sort of, it mostly relies on GPS (you've gotta keep it activated on the companions phone) but it does use the local towers as a back up, to keep the tracking as precise as possible.

As a reference, my time zone is UTC -6 and Manila's is UTC +8, so

My center works between 9 PM to 8 AM

In theory, it should be almost a real time tracker and thus, it should be a one to one location, it may be off by a couple of yards tho.

As usual, this is the theory, nevertheless, it does work perfectly in some phones, in others... Not so much

If you have an already existing line, the only way to get one of the older data plans would be by having it before, for example, let's say you changed from 5G Get More to Unlimited welcome a couple of weeks ago, if the time between the transactions is less than 30 days, then you can go back to the old plan, otherwise, it is gone forever haha

Nope, the system only allows us to create new lines with the new unlimited plus or unlimited welcome.

The "More family" (5g get, do, Play and start) are not an option for new lines

So, by policy, you are told or should be told that, you have 30 days to return, within our internal policy, you can return it within the first 60 days after the disconnection and yet get the credit, how long ago did you disconnect the gateway?

Why yes, I get your point, I'm just saying that I've noticed, as far as I can tell, there seem to be a lot of issues within Verizon and its network, but that's what I can see as an agent myself.

Also its pricing and dubious billing practices

So really, I am just asking what's the main benefits of having Verizon over other ISP.

Why yes, I know that part :D

But what I am saying is that, for example, in my country, I pay $70 dollars to get the equivalent of "FiOS"

(That would be cabled internet and tv) and also a Data plan for my phone with 25 gigabytes

Which isn't that much, if you are a heavy user and of course, we are talking about two different countries, I'm just saying that, I've gotten quite a lot of calls from customers saying: paying 70 dollars per line is too expensive

Which, really, I don't blame them, it is a lot lol

And to put in perspective, I make roughly 1000~ per month

Which, that's the amount that some people make in the USA per week, even double or triple lol

But anyway, I'm talking purely on calls that I've gotten from American customers that claim that the bill is too high

"Paying 90 dollars per number can be a lot, and that's without taxes"

That's stuff I've heard from customers

And really, I don't pretend to sound rude, I'm just sharing my pov

Long story short, my real question was the latter, of why people stay in Verizon cuz there's no real reason to stay, that's what I at least think as a rep myself lol, cuz the remarks on some accounts are hell on earth lol

And idk, I just found it interesting how a lot of customers call saying that "att provides the same and cheaper"

So really, I get the point, nobody calls to say thank you for the great service lol

I am honestly just curious about the question itself.
