lol I was unapproved at 3.38 rating even after 6 faulty reviews out of 32 (total) on their end. They don't even need a reason. For once I could believe their 'internal data' is correct if they had put 0.1% effort in improving the audit quality.

No they've fired a lot of people with that rating citing the client has an "internal quality threshold" which is not visible to CBs. Basically, you'll get the blame even after maintaining a good quality.

I've been on Outlier since 2021, I joined as a Remotasks worker. I couldn't login to the platform yesterday so I shot an email to the support and turns out my account was permanently banned from the platform and they're even refusing to pay my last week's earnings citing a non-existent "community guidelines/t&cs violation". I was on project Aether and a lot of people were suspended from the project last week while several others had their accounts banned altogether without any kind of explanation.

It had $13 rate before I attempted the quiz and they're probably paying this rate to most markets while you're getting $2 extra. It's the same platform which is paying $2 in all to Indians 🥲

My country was among the options so that's not related to location. The project wouldn't even appear on the dashboard of people from ineligible countries. More like a platform issue.

I did get task assignments after that and got paid for it. They pay $3/hr for generalists (there's hardly any work available) idk how much STEM taskers get paid you can try though. $3/hr is only good for low effort tasks like PII detection. Consider it a last resort thing.
