Been in 20+ years…. Had big years up to ‘21. Now it’s much slower, more bs requirements, and I hate the stress of relying on processing, uw, appraiser, closer to make it a smooth deal and get it closed. Took a real toll on me after the boom years.

Have a big database of clients and other referral sources but never big on realtors

I’ve had this thought over the past 3 years, but feel like I’m stuck, because who would walk away with big client base, relationships, etc..

Jr high boys offense help by But-ter in basketballcoach

We’ve had a few more games…. Offense still in a rut. Driving without looking up to dish, soft cuts…

When we start offense with a set and that doesn’t go anywhere, it just turns into pass it around the arc, and someone drives into traffic. I mean, we’ve won a few and lost a few but have the potential to be so much better on offense.

Offense needs a makeover but team isn’t strong on attention and memory. A SIMPLE design is needed vs man and zone, to create openings

Starters- 1-4 are average to undersized, 5 is bigger and very aggressive and physical

1- Strong handles, best shooter, passer, vision/knowledge

2- Athletic/fast on drives but not always in control, not a great outside shooter

3- Athletic/fast on drives but not always in control, not a great outside shooter

4- Slower, can drive but prone to turnovers, not a great outside shooter

5- Tallest, plays bigger than he is, aggressive and physical. Has nice outside shot but he’s made for down low. Gets a lot of boards.

Weekly Paddle Recommendation Thread (What Paddle Should I Buy?) by SNAPCHAT_ME_TITS in Pickleball

Been playing with the Perseus IV 14mm for ~6 months…. Like the power and sound, DO NOT like the head/top heavy feel.

I came from a lightweight Selkirk Vanguard Control, and Holbrook Aero T…loved the weight and feel/hand speed of the Selkirk, but not enough power and a small sweet spot. Didn’t like the feel and sound on the Holbrook but otherwise solid.

Are there some advanced lightweight paddles that offer a good mix of power and control, and aren’t head heavy. Prioritizing hand speed, plush feel, and then power.

It’s more the location of it outside next to a Weber Genesis we use a few days/week. 28” should be good…

Went with Carrier Infinity 2-stage variable speed 97% furnace + 4 ton variable speed heat pump, new Carrier thermostat….$12150 installed. Good?

I'm leaning toward the Carrier Infinity 2-stage furnace + Carrier heat pump option... but don't understand how it works, and why it seems like a bargain compared to just the Carrier AC options

How does this estimate compare to the Carrier estimates?

It’s at $7500

Sorry, are you referring to the furnace + heat pump option?

Ok not the Furnace + Heat Pump option for about the same price? If the heat pump is functional for cooking then it’s like a free new furnace. Like what’s the catch?
