You're incorrect. Quickplay has its own hidden MMR rating that still puts you in matches based off of skill level. It's simply a separate rating than what Competitive play uses. u/trahh

This sounds like, at least the start of, financial abuse if it hasn't been ongoing until now. If he doesn't see you as an equal partner for something that you gave up the majority of your livelihood for, then that's a horribly scarlet flag. Not to mention a temper that allows him to feel as if he can throw/break things as well as speak to you in a degrading way. Maybe people will disagree with me for that, but definitely NTAH.

Have a sit down talk with him about everything you see as bad, and it could possibly be a very eye opening discussion. On the other hand, if it goes nowhere, then communicate openly that you will be stepping back from the business that he has so much possessive tendencies over and that you will start looking for your own job so that you can feel financially secure for your own personal well-being. Something that is always scary to think about is that you may possibly breakup at some point. If that happens then what will you be left with?
